This research aims to establish the relationship between Gen Z's attitudes, behaviors, and lifestyle choices towards sustainability.
The ideal experience is a tool that helps gather research insights and inform design decisions. The human-centered design methodology is developed by Lextant to help companies design products and services that provide an ideal customer experience.
The research employs a mixed methods approach, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques such as interviews and sensory cues to develop a comprehensive understanding of the research topic. For this focused study, we interviewed and surveyed a total of 25 people over a 10-week period, and reviewed 9 articles. This report is inconclusive due to the small sample size surveyed, and further research is recommended to help drive decisions.
